Jon Mould of JLT Condor won Ystwyth CC’s 2017 Tour of the Mining Valleys in Aberystwyth, Ceredigion on Sunday 5th March, having finished 2nd to teammate Ed Clancy at the Eddie Soens Memorial race at Aintree the previous day.
