Cwm Rheidol 10
The 2026 Ystwyth Time Trial Series got underway in Cwm Rheidol, where riders were greeted with a cool evening and fast early‑season conditions. A strong turnout set the tone for what promises to be an exciting series.
Caron Owen Pugh opened the year with a superb winning ride of 23:08. Lowri Richards followed with an excellent 24:32, showing she’s already in sharp form.
A close battle unfolded in the mid‑24s, with Nathan Daverson (R) clocking 24:44, just ahead of Kristian Bond (R) on 24:54, and Glyn Williams (R) finishing in 25:32.
Further down the field, Mike Fitch (R) recorded 31:08, while Anita Saycell completed the course in 31:34, both putting in strong early‑season efforts.
R denotes riders competing without tri bars.
