Open to all riders from Ystwyth CC, Caron and Sarn Helen. We’ll be aiming to leave Plascrug Leisure Centre 9.30am for a relaxed, social ride.

We will aim to be back around 11.30am to Yr Hen Lew Du, Bridge Street, Aberystwyth, to enjoy a catch up off the bikes and refreshments.
